Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Treatment Hurt?
Microneedling and mesotherapy may cause mild to moderate discomfort, but it is generally well tolerated. For sensitive areas such as under the eyes, a numbing option is available.
When Will I See Results & How Long Do They Last?
Many clients notice visible improvements after their first session. However, a full course of 2–5 treatments is recommended for maximum and longer-lasting results. This full treatment course is typically required once per year, with a maintenance session advised around 6 months.
Recommended Skincare Routine
Gentle Cleansing
Use a mild, non-foaming cleanser from the day after treatment. Avoid exfoliants and active ingredients for at least one week.
Hydration
Apply a soothing, hydrating moisturiser (ideally containing ceramides). Hyaluronic acid serums are also beneficial.
Avoid Active Ingredients
Refrain from retinol, vitamin C, AHAs, and BHAs for at least 48 hours. Reintroduce only once the skin feels comfortable and calm.
