What Is Derma 2.0?

Derma 2.0 is an advanced, medical-grade skincare system developed in Italy. It uses a powerful combination of microneedling and mesotherapy to deliver highly concentrated active ingredients directly into the skin. This stimulates natural healing, collagen production, and cellular regeneration.

Derma 2.0 is widely recognised for improving skin texture, tone, and elasticity, while reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, scars, and stretch marks. Treatments are fully customisable, ensuring targeted and effective results for each client.

What Are the Benefits?

Derma 2.0 is an extremely versatile system with medical-grade solutions for a wide range of skin concerns.

Customised & Targeted Treatment
Every treatment is personalised. The skin is mapped, and different serums are applied to specific areas as required, ensuring precise and effective treatment.

Skin Rejuvenation
The combination of microneedling and mesotherapy accelerates skin renewal, resulting in smoother, firmer, and more youthful-looking skin.

Reduction of Fine Lines & Wrinkles
Derma 2.0 effectively softens fine lines and wrinkles. The Derma 2.0 Lifting protocol can act as a non-invasive alternative to Botox, helping inhibit muscle contraction without creating a frozen appearance.

Improved Skin Tone & Texture
Derma 2.0 serums enhance skin radiance, plumpness, and smoothness, promoting a more even and refined complexion.

Hyperpigmentation Correction
The Derma 2.0 Whitening range helps reduce dark spots and pigmentation for a clearer, more uniform skin tone.

Scar & Stretch Mark Reduction
Derma 2.0 Repair supports skin healing and regeneration, significantly improving the appearance of scars and stretch marks.

The Treatment Experience

Appointments last approximately 60 minutes.

Your session begins with a consultation, where we review your treatment plan, complete the necessary forms, and answer any questions.

  • Microneedling (10–15 minutes)

  • Mesotherapy injections into targeted areas (approximately 20 minutes)

  • Optional polynucleotide mask applied to soothe, hydrate, and initiate the healing process

You will leave the appointment wearing the mask, so we recommend avoiding plans immediately afterwards.

Before Your Appointment

  • Arrive with minimal or no makeup on the treatment area

  • Remove facial hair if applicable

  • Limit alcohol intake 24 hours before and after treatment

  • If prone to cold sores, consider preventative treatment beforehand

  • Avoid anti-inflammatory medication (e.g. ibuprofen, aspirin) for 24 hours before treatment

    • Paracetamol is permitted

  • Avoid direct sun exposure; sunburnt skin cannot be treated

Aftercare Guidelines

Mild redness and small papules may be visible following treatment. These typically subside within 24–48 hours.

Immediate Post-Treatment Care

  • Avoid touching or scratching the treated area

  • Do not apply makeup for at least 24 hours

  • Avoid direct sun exposure for 48 hours

  • Apply sunscreen only from the day after treatment

  • Avoid hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, and strenuous exercise for 48 hours

  • Avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, and potentially contaminated water for 48 hours

  • Do not pick or peel the skin

A healthy diet rich in vitamins and antioxidants supports optimal healing. Avoid smoking and alcohol for several days, as both can impair recovery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Treatment Hurt?

Microneedling and mesotherapy may cause mild to moderate discomfort, but it is generally well tolerated. For sensitive areas such as under the eyes, a numbing option is available.

When Will I See Results & How Long Do They Last?

Many clients notice visible improvements after their first session. However, a full course of 2–5 treatments is recommended for maximum and longer-lasting results. This full treatment course is typically required once per year, with a maintenance session advised around 6 months.

Recommended Skincare Routine

Gentle Cleansing
Use a mild, non-foaming cleanser from the day after treatment. Avoid exfoliants and active ingredients for at least one week.

Hydration
Apply a soothing, hydrating moisturiser (ideally containing ceramides). Hyaluronic acid serums are also beneficial.

Avoid Active Ingredients
Refrain from retinol, vitamin C, AHAs, and BHAs for at least 48 hours. Reintroduce only once the skin feels comfortable and calm.
